They're plasmas, Eddie, so color. Really clear, i'm told with dolby surround sound. We'll be able to see every twitch and hear every lie clear as day.

not sure if this is an inside joke or not??? but we have to turn in a total along with payment 72 hours prior ;) and I think that we are going to have to have some sort of braclet/stamp indentifying that your paid.

A few questions for you guys....


Is there going to be a band at anytime during the evening, this could be fun? Any thoughts???

Is this sectioned off area like one of the new "beach bars" they have out there? If so it should be a blast, great views of the ocean and perfect time of the year.

This might be a stupid question, but will they serve non alcoholic drinks as well as liquor and beer? Thinking about the fiance (will be my wife by then) on this one.

If our group is willing on Sat afternoon, maybe we can all watch the NCAAF games on TV at a bar before the party begins, I think the season starts in August, not sure if that early? Anybody like that idea?

I'm sure Tara can answer more specifically, but yes, there will be a band there.

The sectioned off area is really just simply a guaranteed seating area for our group. That place is nuts on a summer saturday night and it's basically an area on the deck where they have us seated. The whole place is directly on the marina. So a view of the ocean? Kind of. But more like a view of the marina and the boats..etc. If you bring your binoculars, you could probably see the open ocean.

Yes, of course non-alcoholic drinks will be available.

I don't think NCAA foots will be going on that early, man.

And Eddie, I don't think it's clear yet when the golf outing will take place. I don't think Sunday will work as probably 90% of the people are leaving that day. If we do end up doing the golf thing, I would vote for late morning/early afternoon on saturday.

Look forward to meeting you and everyone else. I went up to AC last year for mmm, Memorial Day weekend I think it was. It was awesome and had a TON OF FUN. It rocks up there in the summertime.

Kosar did a pretty good job of summing it up for you Kniefl .But one thing The "TIKKI" bar was on the beach , been meaning to mention that to you , you must of had to much to drink that weekend........????? The Deck is a full service regular bar ;) its just outside.........

yeh AC is a ton of fun in the summertime , I am glad to hear you have already been and know what to expect, ad some friends , make some new ones and its even better:D

When will you be coming in??? Do you know already???

as far as the beach bars go , if you guys want to do one of them on Fri. night I'm in!!!!!!!! They "are" great. I tend to go to them during the day..............The Hilton Beach Club is my favorite..............

As far as NCAAF Kosar you may be wrong on this one , but I am not sure? The Deck does have TV's and I recall watching NCAAF at the bar there and thinking to myself "here we go again!" for as a mom with 2 football players FB completely consumes my life by the second week of August.....

You really can't go wrong taking a trip to AC in the summer IMO especially if your going to be around people that know where to go. Even if you don't drink OR gamble EDDIE ;)

oh and one more thing we made sure that the bar will stock plenty of corona's with lime just in case BTJ makes it:D ;)

Thursday August 5th I believe, I plan on taking a few days off of work and I believe we will be there about mid afternoon. I have to drive up from Alexandria, Virginia which is about a 4 hour drive, not too bad I've done it before. I like the beach bar on Trump Plaza the best and as for favorite casinos on the boardwalk the Taj Mahal is by far my favorite, I always seem to do the best down there. The Tropicana is nice too, but I tend to lose money there.

Hoops,

I thought we agreed to keep that under our hat until the contract was signed. Sebastian backed out, citing a 'schedule conflict'. However, I *am* working on a triple bill featuring Poison, Warrant and LA Guns. Stay tuned.

I heard something else...apprently after Sebastian backed-out, Kip Winger agreed to take over the vocals. Should be interesting to hear his rendition of '18 And Life'.
