Jack, sorry, that doesn't help me muchmeaning only the person that "touched" the cell phone, or the entire hand for all players? either way, does the person that voilated the rule get all chips back that they threw in the pot thus far for the hand?
guess what i'm asking is what is the result for ALL players at a table when a hand is declared dead.
