I used to date a girl that actually owned a free range cattle ranch. Meat is not as tender but thats not really a concern for me as I am completely uncomfortable even mentioning meat and tender in the same sentence. I do take synthroid though and have for years but in truth many of your problems can get some relief with regular exercise and diet and a good piece of ass. Have you contacted "the Boys" on this matter?

Vinny, wife is limited to less that 7 grams of fat a day. Pretty strict diet but she is high risk!

Morris

what was his objection to the buffalo meat ?

I didn't go with her this time. Maybe the fact it is red meat. She is very high risk if she doesn't stick to chicken etc. It really hasn't been that hard to eliminate red meat and sat fats altogether.

on the Metformin; lots of side effects with that, it's expensive, and it's pretty darn aggressive. I thought you said pre-diabetes?

My wife and I have the same doctor and she had appointment with her today .

She told the Dr what you said and that we were eating alot more healthy and going to excersise.
Also that the side effects are too much .

Dr said ok then and that it is a prevent medicine that might help me. But I could hold off taking it untill she tests me again in Oct.

She also said we could eat buffalo meat on occasion :00hour

thanks for the info

the scooter special :SIB

Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich with a Garden Salad hold the dressing please

.............................................................

No shit , I doubt I can go there now just every fawking blue moon.

Oatmeal with splenda on it and juice for breakfast.
Had one cup of coffee with splanda.

I had a turkey sandwhich on wheat for lunch.

Tonight a large salad with everything in it and balsomic vineger, a banana, a yogurt, a nectarine. And some unsalted crackers. And some walnuts and blueberries.

Stopped all cokes awhile back. Today had two propels and unsweet tea with equal.

Using * no salt * like a maniac.

Use alot of pepper. It figures I could have as much pepper as I want.
