Scottie:

You know if (when) there is another terrorist attack in the US, Wayne answer will be that it was hatched on Clintons watch and occurred during Obama's administration. There will be no mention of Bush Administration.

Today marks the end of the reign of error.

See that you do! But how much of a "honeymoon" do you give him?
.

90 days, lets see if he lives up to the empty promises

where my check? I need to pay my mortgage and gas...I think it is more of his followers, following him blindly not knowing what he stands for, just wanting a handout, not him personally, because he seems like he is a good guy. I don't like the fact all the brothers have latched on to him like he is going to give them free shit:shrug:

:

So you give him 90 days to solve the problems? Then you admit that Bush left problems? What do you see as problems Bush left that you expect to be cleared up in 90 days?

--so far only ones I see having reason to celebrate on his 1st day of rule is the terrorist-:

Halt trials at Gitmo--no coerced interrogations-

Day 1 score
- terrorist- :00hour
-troops that made sacrifices to capture them :(
-liberals :mj07:

Yes, it looks like Barack Hussein Obama is trying to excuse the death of an American soldier with the closing of GITMO, sad day in American history.

JMO.

Wayne's assumptions:

1) Everyone at Guantanemo is a terrorist;

2) everyone at Guantanemo is guilty until proven innocent;

The decisions that these people are 1) terrorists and 2) guilty are made by our military and intelligence departments. Aren't these the same people that said there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and authorized an invasion that killed hundreds of thousands?

Yet we should trust them to make the correct decisions about the, what is the cutesy word the pentagon gives them, oh yeah, the "detanee's" without giving them the right to counsel. Kinda like they've been delayed for a few minutes.

Hell, some of them have been there for 7 years without talking to an attorney. That is not the American way. That is the Bush/Hitler/Stalin way. Hopefully, now we will return to the American way.

I'm not assuming Edward--I'm speaking from experience of combat vet.

--and you on the other are speaking from liberal attorneys views who acknowledged he rather have his son head to Canada then serve-

-Don't know how things can be any clearer--

I give you O's quote yesterday prior to his move today--

""We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you."

Who does he mean by 'We" it surely can't be the retreat-surrender-we've lost-surge won't work-crew of yours-who will run at every opportunity.

IMO Edward--I really can't see you-O-Pelosi or Reid antimidating a cub scout troop-let alone terrorists :)

Regardless of what you say, Wayne, you are assuming they are terrorists. All I seek is balance. I would have thought you would agree with me now that you don't trust government since the socialists are in charge. Let's have someone else look at the "detanee's" other than Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld-military-intelligence. Just like I'm sure you will want full transparency of everything Obama does.

Just playin fair.

I think he means the US when he says "we". I think he means the "US" when we are involved in a legitimate conflict not one instigated by a psychopath and his administration.

Who do you think he means, the trial lawyers?

Wow! Sorta like a 90 day commercial eviction notice. We oughta give "That One" at least 100 days, don't you think?

I agree with you that "he seems like he's a good guy," but your comment about "the brothers" is odd. The gov't hands out big bucks to bankers and businessmen, but your worried about a few pennies going to folks just trying to live.

O h we got a lot of those types on this site. A few around here would take a bullet to see a corrupt billionaire succeed. I even think they would take a tax hike for him.
