True story. Our office and another insurance office may be getting a guard. Lol. that is how cool we are.
Long story short, this crazy nutbag customer called one day cussing so I hung up on him. he wanted to go to another office 'cause me hanging up on him undid 6 months of therapy cuz he has post dramatic syndrome. The other state farm people don?t want him either cuz he is a nut bag. Soo my superior called him yesterday and suggested he take his insurance out with another insurance company and he said he was going to come in here and stab us all with pencils. I swear to goodness he said that. so now we are instructed to call the po po if we see him coming and state farm corporate might send someone to watch both offices for a few days. So don?t ride your bike or scooter or whatever by here cuz they may catch you. hahahaha
