they need to invoke some sort of mercy rule and get on with the wildcat/badger game...you know you`re in trouble when your guard lets the ball roll to halfcourt on the in bounds before touching it at the 13.00 minute mark.....

Duke beat Arizona by about 35 points in 1960's. Both teams have won big games but quit whining about the refs. It is beneath you.

Hey announcers we know Duke has only 8 scholarship players....I remember watching Duke-NC and Jay Bilas told the viewers about 20 times that Duke had only 8 scholarship players.
The refs didn't need to control this game for Duke like they did vs Utah because Duke had this game most of the way,besides about the first 5 minutes.Had Utah been given a chance to compete they would have won.Can't stand Duke but this one was definitely better officiated then most of them.State just didn't have the team to compete in this one.
Duke had to play Gonzaga who lost in OT to Arizona and SDSU lost by 2 to the mighty Wildcats. They also played Utah who finished second in the tough Pac 10 conference. Now you are saying they had an easy draw? In other words you are agreeing with most of the country in that the Pac 10 and Western teams are not very good. Glad we got that cleared up.
Arizona got to play Badgers in front of a home crowd in LA and could not win. Duke beat Badgers in Wisconsin on their home floor.
