If it had been less strict ( as it is now), then I may not have gorged myself once I completed it....

You boys lack a dicipline..

Sure you are going to gorge when you are done.. But one or two gorges will not gain all your weight back... Gaing 20 pounds doesnt come from falling off the wagon once or twice. That takes time. Shame Shame..;)There is no point in doing this if you are not ready for a lifestyle change once its done. Sure I stuffed my face for a day or two, but then went back to a healthier lifestyle than i had in the past.. Nothing over the top.. We dont keep any junk food in the house.. We eat at home more.. Light beer and red wine.. And throw in a work out everynow and again

On weekends I eat what ever the hell i want..

After the program I got down to 189.. Today im sitting at a comfy 192..

I could stand to lose a few more pounds. Im actually thinking of doing the detox again.

Its a great time to start the program. No better time!Your energy levels will be through the roof! I shit you not.. This is not a program that you are starving yourself and have no energy. The shakes will always keep you full. Aside from some bread cravings you feel amazing! You sleep like a baby so you wake up well rested! Your mind will be sharp.

Having said that. I would start on a Wed or Thurs. The reason is because on days three and four and maybe some on day five, you will more than likely have headaches.

Depending on how many toxins you have in your system that you need to get out. I had some bad headaches. So start on a wed or thurs and so you can get through the headaches on the weekend.

i'm on day 11

my energy level is still low - no change.

sleep is no different

massive bowel movements in the morning :scared

i lost 7 pounds so far

it's not over yet but a waste of $288 IMO.

i am projecting that i will lose 12-15 pounds after the 21 days.

i'm due for full blood work at the doc and bet my numbers are good after this shit :mj07:

10 more days and i'm gonna be all over some wings and beer watching the ravens host the broncos :00hour

I'm guessing you could have lost the 12-15 lbs with out the program by eating in moderation and exercising a bit.

15 pounds and improved blood work is a waste? Its like 14 bucks a day...

I agree its a pain in the ass and no way to live but you must admit its a great jump start to a healthier lifestyle..

Sounds to me like you are going to jump right back into your old habbits when its over though..

That is a waste.. shame:sadwave:
