All in fun, my friend. :nooo: Angela can vouch for my lack thereof of golf rounds.

Seriously, look forward to seeing you this weekend. :00hour

Dinner is on me when you get to ATL. Unless you are on an expense account ;)

Hey all you guys and your damn excuses are all lame.
I already know that Dunclock, gmroz, and a few others are good golfers. They may not have played in a while or whatever but they can still beat me even if I only played nine to their eighteen. They should be commended for their efforts as I am sure they have invested some time and effort into it, but this ain't Sawgrass and I'm not Retief Goosen.

I am the only one with any excuxe as I have a surgically repaired hand that may only allow me to putt or hit short shots and stuff as the bones are still being held together by plates pins and screws and I ain't crying about it.
So you ladies pull up your skirts and lets go have some fun. I couldn't care less who wins the damn thing I am just looking forward to meeting everyone and laughing at the real Eddie Haskell as I am sure the internet persona will be a real let down as to his true self. I will be riding with Mr Jackson and am hoping we will be sand buggy drunk by the third hole, laughing our asses off while hitting everything directly at the group in front of us.
Hell thats my plan anyway.

Hope this helps,

FDC

Agent,

Just bought the waders on the right for trout fishing this fall, so better bring them with me for Andy's " no playing" diatribe :142smilie

It's all in fun FDC, just meeting the guys is what matters most. We are not as serious as you may think, but we all have some fun competitiveness in us, otherwise why do we watch and play sports?? And, I hope your hand is healing well.

I'm pretty sure my wife and I will be there for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Looking forward to playing. Been about 9 months since I last played.

Usually I wait until the back nine for my first beer. If we are at all competitive in a scramble, I'll hold off until its over. In this case, I might as well start before we tee off. Oh yeah, and make mine a double.

By the way, long range forecast for saturday in cincinnati. sunny hot and humid high 93. hottest day of the year predicted for the outing. its gonna be hot and steamy in the ohio river valley.

However, I will not be wearing a white golf shirt as I do not want to show my man breasts ala Phil Mickelson as I anticipate our respective golf shirts will be soaked by the time we walk off 18 (although I will need a flashlight). Big Ed is a little out of shape and could stand to lose about 15.

By the way, a little foresight, be forewarned the casino at Belterra is pretty small. Not many craps and blackjack tables I recall from the last time I was there. I'm not sure how big the poker room is. Seemed like the bottom deck was all slots.

FYI,
Eddie

Wineguy,
No explanation necessary, I know everyone, except Haskell of course, are just having fun, as was I.
I hope we win too. Trust me my long irons couldn't have done anything but hurt someone, maybe the drink cart girl three holes away even with a good hand so I was never going to be any help anyway. I am simply going where the fun is my friend, but trust me if I was healthy I would be doing everything in my power to win.................and hit Kosar with a pink lady from about 174 out:00hour

Let's change up the tone a little bit. Nothing like a real world meet-up to make everyone turn into a bunch of quivering, back-pedaling wussies.

Team tonkgolf is going to wax the freaking floor with you losers.

Jack:

CVG is off I-275 in Kentucky. I know a better way you can find it, look up in the sky and you will see big airplanes close to the ground. Thats it.

Actually here's another way you can find it, its next to Turfway (simulcast) and 10 minutes from Argosy (1st Indiana exit leaving Kentucky).

Here's another way, Mapquest you f'ing idiot.

By the way, nice job on our team.

I hope you weren't serious when you made this statement.

If Eddies breasts are as ample as his ego I may need to take it slow on the beer. After about twenty anything with breast starts to look like Olivia Newton John:scared

ppabart hasn't played since the Ravens where a good football team and you are looking for help?

By the way do the carts have seatbelts?

just sayin:shrug:

I agree, Dawgball, FDC would never say this shit to my face.

Actually, I can't wait as I am laughing about it right now and will be purchasing a pink lady as soon as I find one....................

Dawgball,
I won't be backpedaling on a thing but I will be looking forward to a laugh a minute with some great people that I like to have fun with on this site.

my shirt is always soaked after a round even in the 80's and teeing off at 8am. my hat too.

teeing off between 4-6 is going to be the hottest part of the day but the back 9 should be a lot cooler.

i usually do not drink playing golf but will be this time, starting around 2pm in the clubhouse.
