Jack, here's my suggestion
do the random draw like has been said, 30 min prior to teeing off. This way everyone is around and no one can say it has been rigged
One I played in did that and everyone was happy. They grouped players in ABCD levels and every team randomly got a person from each level. It sounds like a lot of you know what "level" each other is at so that should be easy, and as far as us newbies just ask for previous scores/scorecards...and in my case you can ask my brother or even check on the oobgolf or golffrontier website.
This is supposed to be fun right?:shrug:
