I didn't suggest a damn thing. I simply asked which life was more important and how you measured an individuals importance to society. Anything outside of that is your own nonsensical dialogue.

When I go to someone's house or pick up something for somebody, the last thing I want to do is see a pit bull. My sister's face was mauled by a pit mix, if you are on my Fb, you can figure out who she is and you can see some scars, she had awesome plastic surgeon, 10 surgeries. She was 10 and I was 5, had the dog attacked me instead, I wouldn't be typing this right now. The dog was owned by my elderly grandparents. My grandpa loved dogs, always treated them like family and never witnessed the dog or any dog owned in my family abused, neglected, chained or anything. So I don't trust em and I most importantly don't trust the owner. Pit Bulls are very loving dogs I am sure and no other breed seems to get as abused and tortured by scumbags and idiots, still I believe they should be owned by adults with no little children, JMO
Yes, it's one giant motherfucking conspiracy that the media and rest of the world to ruin the name of the breed. Do you really think its that disproportionate? Obviously media stories are not the most accurate but you can't honestly think bias alone could account for the disparity.

Per dogbites.org. pit bulls were responsible for 93 percent of all fatal dog attacks on humans in first five months of 2013. The percentage rose from the average of 60 percent over the preceding several years.
Dogbite.org isn't credible blah blah blah their research is flawed because of (insert something tangential that has nothing to do with the dog bites but allows something to be argued) the whole world is biased blah blah blah.

Although it seems pretty clear that there is one, I never said anything about a media bias of the breed. I never stated anything about a conspiracy, that was all you. You also assume your position to be emblematic of an entire 99% of not only MJ's but the world in itself. You firmly ensconce yourself into what you think is popular majority. What a surprise there.
Take this moment to learn something. A bias would indicate that there is a measured proclivity to only report on that particular breed. Do you think that kitty cats bite and scratch kids? How about a Pomeranian, a chihuahua, or a parrot? Why no parrot attack stories? Do you think the media, prior to reporting, checks all the facts on the dog in question? Do you think they assure the dog is indeed an American Staffordshire Terrier and not a boxer mix? You stated that the media can't be trusted. Do you honestly think that news outlets don't consider what sells? Do you really think that media cares about facts when it has sources that can be named? Also, breed specific laws relating to pit bull ownership are in place in several cities and counties across the country. So the media reports more on pit bull attacks because of sensationalism. Laws have been created to put down dogs simply because they are pit bulls within county borders, and you don't think there is a bias? What the fuck would you call it?
Let's get some facts out right away. You have no working knowledge of the breed in question. You have no expertise whatsoever in the field of canine genetics, behavior, or training, yet in your own typically narcissistic manner you proclaim to know my perspective on the matter.
Face it bro, you were born to be a follower. You excel in succumbing to currently popular sentiment. I don't mean that in a bad way either. The world needs followers just like it needs leaders, and ditch diggers and dentists. You need people to tell you how to fix the brown patch in your yard. You need people to tell you that it's okay to think all your black customers (I didn't use patients because that would imply that you are a licensed care giver rather than a service provider) that have cell phones and Jordans are on welfare and don't pay their bills. Yes, I have seen that website. It is operated by a law firm and an insurance firm that litigate for the victims of dog attacks. Perfectly credible I am sure. When you are going to cite something, make sure you cite it correctly. The site uses "reported" numbers and cites media outlets as sources of information.
The fact is that the dog shouldn't be part of this discussion. The parents should be the only part of the discussion. The dog is a fucking dog and is in no way responsible for the safety and well being of children. That is the charge of the parents. It's just easier to blame the dog because God forbid we humans take the blame for anything.

I love pets and animals (yes that is possible even though I am a hunter). I have "met" some nice pit bulls, but I have been scared to get within 20 feet of the others. Whatever statistics you want to use show that pit bulls are as a breed pretty potentially dangerous. Sorry, but no thanks, and I think it is very irresponsible to have one as a pet around children.
Do you see anyone pulling up statistics for poor parenting? I think the parents are an afterthought for most. Someone says a four year old got killed and everyone starts talking about Pit bulls (it's not Pitt bulls either, they're not from Pittsburgh. Not directed at anyone in particular, just saying) and it isn't until someone mentions the parents. Then everyone's on board, but that isn't what most people think about. Look at some of the posts. Saint intimated that this was good for raising awareness against the breed. No mention of parents.
