so its all css? can you do a print screen and post where you changed the font color for date time stamp - that will help me know what you are looking at

I just found out a lot of templates don't work because they got corrupted during the transfer because they weren't compatible with the hacks I had on the old board. In fact, all the work I did making changes might have to get wiped out. :facepalm:
Told you not to use one of those Infomercial Companies for the upgrade..........:nono:
Here is a fishing site I visit using the same forum type http://forums.floridasportsman.com/showthread.php?132872-Floracarbon-Line-Leader , I like the way they have theirs set up with the message and forum space compressed as a smaller layer with a larger layer behind. Feel free to delete this if need be, didn't figure it was a problem since its a fishing site. These things are tons of work (not that I have to tell you), GL

Go to advanced reply or double click quick reply and no issues with the multiple smilies. In quick reply it will revert back because it's a quick reply. The colors are identical to the last forum. Please show me where they are different.
It's different, your eyes were trained, you will get used to it, this happened the last time I upgraded and that's why I waited so long to upgrade again. I don't like having to do all this either but it was upgrade or let the bots take the site down. :0008
