Agent your getting a bum rap

i'm guessing that someone that knows how to work the reps and give bad reps has been trying to shoot him down. hell, it's my site and i never bothered to learn how the rep feature works. somebody definitely knows though 
It's not hard Jack, see the black and white box next to the exclamation point in each post that is used to report bad posts?
Click on that and you can either give good or bad reputatuion points, at most sites it's annonymous, probably the case here as well.
The more points you have the more green blocks you have, the more negative points you have the more red blocks you have.
In addition to that the more green blocks you have the more power you have to add to or take away from someone elses points.
In Agents case where he has a red block showing he can't affect somones total by giving them good or bad points until he gets it back into the green zone.

Also go into your User CP and you can see comments people left and what post they are commenting about.

Last time I looked in the reputation listing thing, Spammers were using it trying to tout their service. Did you ever know about that Jack?
I told IE at some point.
Hit User CP and on the first page that shows up you just scroll down past the "recent threads" and you will see what threads you got reputation for, sometimes people don't leave a comment at all though.
Really??? Seems like a ton of work for a spammer as you could only do it to one person at a time.
Not only that you hace to spread reputation around to SEVERAL people before you can hit the same person twice, seems worthless to a spammer.
Seriously, I noticed it one day for whatever reason. Where it shows the comments of the reputation, there were like 4 messages that said, Hello, please visit www.blahblahblah and they were touts. LOL
Desperate!!!

what is the purpose of these green things ?
how do you go about making comments about somebody ?
what are the total points for ?

1. I guess so newer users know who the board trusts and who it doesn't, otherwise it's just a neat feature.
2. Click the reputation box and there is a space to add comments
3. The more points you have in either direction the more green/red boxes you have.
4. Good news/bad news: There is a prize this month, bad news is it's just an AM radio, see Kosar about shipping that bad boy out to you.
I really wish I could, PFan, but I just heard that all radios have been banned from cargo planes because they could be used as a transmitter to detonate a bomb. :sadwave:
where is the reputation box ?
is there any way of finding out who made the comment ?
The rep box is right between the post number and the exclamation point on the right hand side of every post.
Unless they sign the comment it is anonymous, but I believe admins can find out, not sure though.
when i click that box..it only tells me how many points i have....it does not provide me a space to make comments...
