That just means you already gave that poster rep points in the recent past, it stops you from just giving the same person reputation points over and over again and abusing the system.
And I thought I drank a lot!
Seriously, click on several others and see if you get the same thing, if so there may be a glitch in the system.
See now Agent, you weren't paying attention, you should have left me that negative rep when you had a green box, since you left it with a red box showing it doesn't count toward my total.
Remember the more green boxes you have the more affect someone when you rep them, don't make me break out my paint brush, two red boxes would be funny, and hard to come back from.
