agent just called me, and wanted me to give you guys an update:
the lady he is caddying for broke her nail on the par 3 5th and decided to call it a day.
with only 20 bucks in his pocket, agent headed back to the clubhouse to find another golfer.
14 year old tommy on summer break from freshman year of high school didn't want to use agent, but his mom made him. agent took the 10 dollars and was promised 5 more after the turn and 10 more if they made it to eighteen.
agent said he thinks tommy has some rocks in the bottom of his bags as a joke. he also says that tommy can even compete for junior varsity this year and that his swing is more advanced than agents.
agents a little bummed because he wants to get home before 5 to parlay the 40 bucks he's gonna make into a sit n go and continue the semi professional poker lifestyle. just not sure he will be home in time.

AND, I only have $35.00 in my pocket, that little fukhead Tommy snuck out on me, he said I owe him $5.00 from some fantasy pool I ran 2 years ago. I doubt it, but didnt have my always detailed records on hand.
And Handicapper, I really appreciate you asking, I won both my matches last weekend, 2up on the first one and 4 & 3 on the second match, so I'm in the final 4 and have a really tough one on Saturday morning. Will let you know...I'm on a quest, the current champion has won it 6/7 years, and 5 in a row. Of course I was out "touring" and may get a crack at him as he is still alive and plays the other match on Saturday.

In case you were wondering...I won my match today. 5 birdies and a single bogey through 17 holes...and won it 2/1. It was a great match, the other guy was 3 under.
The defending champ had an easier go of it, winning 6/5. So it is he and I tomorrow, 7:52 tee time and 36 holes of match play for the trophy and the primo parking spot with your name on it. Wish me luck!!:sadwave:

36 hole finale wasnt enough, had to go 38 holes, sudden death playoff, and I won it with a 25 foot birdie putt on #38.

He had me 4 down, but I fought back and was 2 down with 6 to play, then won 4 in a row, then he went birdie, birdie.....to extend it to a playoff...I made a 20 ft par putt on the first playoff hole to extend, then the bomb on #38 to win.

agenjt that is awesome man. wish i could have seen that one. Did he drain bombs on you the last two holes or were they routine.
8 footer on 17, but it is a par 3 that played 210 into the wind so a great birdie. #18 he had about 35+ feet:scared I still had a 15 footer and was completely prepared to make it to win, and hit a great putt, got the ole 360 jobby...:com:
