Gruden has totally lost any credibility.... IMO, Brown should have been suspended and Gruden should have stood behind the GM. It's a team sport.....we have seen before how one bad apple can fuck up the dynamic of a team. Hope they have a shit season, they deserve it. Gruden $100m :mj07:

Listened to Brown talking AT (not with) Gruden, and what kept shining through was Brown?s acute narcissism. It overwhelmed the conversation, and based on his behavior leading to this point, it verges on paranoid schizophrenia. It is definitely not normal behavior ? not the behavior of what we call a football ?diva? at all. Gruden, mistakenly, only reaffirmed Brown?s self-importance, when what Brown really needs a strong intervention that leads to him getting professional help. What the Raiders ? my friggin team ? should have done before trading for him was give him a psychological evaluation along with a physical.
