Guys, Its been miserable the last few days with all the hate spewed toward me. I realize most of you hate me for some reason, even though I have done nothing wrong, you are now going to get your wish. I had a discussion with my wife this morning and showed her the hateful posts against her, and she looks at me and says, wow these people truly hate you, why are you still posting there? I have said some outrageous things in my 6 years here and do not regret one of them. I am now having certain people saying I said things that are a federal crime, that are not true. I have been thinking it would be a good thing to leave and not say anything, but that is not my style and now getting accused of things I never said and being made the butt of every joke has made me realize I dont have many friends on here. So guys you are getting your wish. :sadwave:

2)you will never have to be responsible again for anything(including clicking on the political forum)...let somebody else require the use of a password...that takes the onus off you to make a decision...

3)you are always justified in feeling moral indignation when someone posts something you disagree with...and it`s the moderator`s responsibility to shield you from it....

4)you are not accountable to anyone for anything...

5)you are entitled to sympathy for being wronged(i.e. happening upon something non-p.c. in the political forum ..of all places:shrug: ).....and must have the situation rectified by the moderator......



maybe jack can bring in some psychic healer/counselors for those that were permanently scarred from reading divergent opinions?....

Never went back in - a few sort of ruined it for the rest. That being said don't you think it is funny that it snowed at the big Global Warming/ Climate Change summit and then Pres Obama came back to a blizzard and the most snow in Washington in the last 77 years!

Copenhagen is preparing for the climate change summit that will produce as much carbon dioxide as a town the size of Middlesbrough.

I do miss the semi-civil discussions we used to have. I'm still there, and see a couple people here spilling over and just complaining about the same stuff. It's sad, really, and some aren't smart enough to realize that they are the reason this whole thing happened. Nothing but incessant Youtube posts, inane rips on anything they don't agree with, and of late a flurry of conspiratorial anti-government links from essentially one other website.

I used to learn quite a bit from other posters, now I just can't see spending much time wading through the bullshit. But, admittedly, I still get drunk and have to argue with Wayne from time to time...
