So very true.Facing reality is what most Americans want at this point, except for Bush administration apoligists who are trying to save face in a losing argument.

I actually never saw it and don't think it is funny at all. If he said this to a person i couldn't stand i wouldn't think it was funny either. Weasal has said much funnier things than this, even to me.
On a side note i take it as a badge of honor when i can see things most can't. Kinda like betting on sports or this scam of a war. I gave everyone a script on how the NBA would sort out their playoffs a week before it happen. The things i said would happen, it might have been easier to hit the lottery if you thought these sports were on the up and up. Its over there for all to see. Step by step. You would have to be a magician to predict what i predicted but its not really that hard. You just think like the crooks who run that sport and it is actually kinda easy. Same like the crooks who run politics. If you just have the ability to open up your mind and brush off the pigeons who throw around the dreaded "conspricay" word you will be fine. I know Chadman thought i was nuts when i first posted but you can see in his very last couple of post that he is getting a little nastier because like me he is just getting sick of this garbage war and the word games the neocons play with it.
In closing you find DTB, AR or Weasal constantly going after Reid or Pelosi. Instead of looking at the stealing and the lying from this administration which doesn't seem to be a problem at all for them they go after the word games the neocons probably email them daily or most likely they get their fill from Fox News. Me i have said it before. Its two buckets of shit just one smells a little better. Im not gonna stick up for Pelosi if i think she does something i don't like. Or Reid. As a matter of fact i think Reid is totally wrong here. He knows the neocon's like to play the nasty word game cause guys like Weasal, Ar, and Dtb run with them cause they don't know any better. Reid should have known better than this. If i knew him i would grab him by one of his big ears and whisper in it with a blow horn and tell him to say we won the fuking war its a political situation now. But some democrats will always be gullible and fall for the word game. I never said i was smart its just a lot of people are clueless on what is going on right in front of their face.
why i'm commenting on this post....i'll never know. i guess i have nothing better to do at the moment....
you don't think it's funny what gw said about you but it seems that it doesn't bother you when you have called me or others that you don't agree with stupid.....or it doesn't bother you by constant stereotyping people from the south.....a tip for you: you get what you give in life.
you are very fortunate that you have the "gift" to see things that others can't. you are probably applying this 'gift" to your personal life. having the "gift" must have made you very wealthy & successful in life where you can sit back, relax & have free time. that must explain why you have over 3400 posts in just 8 months.well, speaking for the rest of the forum, i think it's very nice of you to share your "gift" with the rest of us.....it's very big of you.
in closing.....do you take medication to fight your delusions ?
Two quick points. To each his own --- some like and can relate to Bush, Cheney, et al's character and some can't. We ALL know, including you and Weasel, that that number is growing smaller every day.
Hey Sponge, I only attached your name to it because that is how I remembered it....not because I think you're an idiot. Sorry to get you wound up, brother.
Spongy,
Your posts are getting longer and longer. It's like listening to my wife. You're taking this stuff much too seriously. Pelosi, Reid / Corrupted seed. Name any politician. They're all disgusting. This one said this and this one said that. Ha! Who cares! Nothings changed. It's still about photo opps, sound bites and personal agendas. The average man shouts in the darkness. Relax. Grow some spinach.

i can testify that the man does have a gift...he told me that he has irrefutable proof that karl rove was involved with the anthrax attacks on patrick leahey among others and that he ordered the downing of paul wellstone’s plane....
not to mention the v.tech massacre, brussell sprouts, the cubs' world series drought, tsunamis, and an educational system that produces single-celled organisms like spytheweb....
btw...i`ve also been informed that chadman has proof that dick cheney has a statue of "dr. evil" on the dash of air force 2......
don`t play these guys cheap,ar....:nono:

Quite true--
Let me list a few character traits that I admire.
To begin with
--family backround--both come from families of several generations on no divorce.
While might nean little to some--I see that as combination of making good choice intially and not quiting during bad times but being able to work through adversity.
Both were financially set prior to politics--Politics was not a means to aquire wealth.
Both are compassionate--they don't talk about helping the little guy they actually do it with generous voluntary contributions to the less fortunate.
Both are committed to their convictions--they don't flop around on issues everytime the political winds blow a diff direction.
Honesty--have yet to catch either in statement they knew to be false.

While I can't speak for other Americans--
I am extremely happy with economy/jobs-inflation-interest rates-market-t--in light on the catastophes that have occurred during his tenure to date.
The war--I believe taking war to them is much more productive than doing nothing.
Hard for them to mount offensive on us again when they are on all out defense.
--and let me tell you what most americans have faced--a bombardment of negatives by the press--and good things escaping reporting.
Best proof is when polled the the huge diff from people saying country was headed in wrong direction but direct oppisite results when asked how they were doing.

I dont have a problem with Reid's idea, but I have a big problem with his delivery. Words are politicians weapons and Reid shows clearly that he is more interested in scoring points with his democratic base than actually serving US interests.
One thing I cant understand is why some dems try to attack Bush with just plain defeatist talk. They are more concerned with trying to turn the country against the current admin than win the hearts and minds of moderates and project a positive image to the rest of the world. And, projecting that is insanely important in the war we are in. It is 50/50 war of arms/war of words. We are winning by a land slide on the first count, getting killed on the other. Wouldn't the country be better served by talking about how the army quickly obliterated its opponent, overthrew its leader, and then hunted him down like a rat and hung him. All for the crime of MAYBE having nuclear ambitions. Given that, the army has succeded in spectacular fashion. Now, they are trying to help this defeated enemy from killing themselves. Not really our problem, but we've shown we were willing to help. Our mission WAS accomplished. But, being good guys, we tried to save them from themselves. Time for them to show progress or we leave and they can keep murdering each other. We are not their daddies. And, should that fool in charge of Iran think that our involvement in Iraq this weakens us, he should take a harder look at what became of Iraqs army and its leaders. Not a really warm and fuzzy story for either. We did it with a minumum of casulaties and could easily do the same in Iran. Why cant Harry take that tack? Is he so clueless about the non-liberal mind that he does not understand that a position like this puts us in a stronger position with our enemies-hopefully scares the bejesus out of them, is more appealing to moderates, puts us in better position to win the PR side of this war AND still gets across his original idea for pulling out at a specific date? Instead he'd rather make big headlines on Al Jeezera and in libral rags all over the country for publically opposing our commander in chief.
"Both were financially set prior to politics--Politics was not a means to aquire wealth."
The Bush family wealth was not created by selling political influence? That has to be a joke, right? If you had ever done any true research in the Bush family history you would know what total bullshit that statement is.
curious as to why you`re researching the bush family history....
have you researched many other politicians` family history?....

Most likely because the family like the Kennedy family has a long political history. Nobody would be researching the Reagan or Carter familys history. weasal why don't you go google that great family you so love. You can find out about the very first crook Prescott and work your way down to the one dumb son.
