Looking for advice.... I'm going to Florida 11/2607 - 12/1/01 to buy a vacation home. Looking at a place in Brayton and 2 places in Treasure Island. The place in Brayton is a double wide in a retirement community. I know the people that own it. Their mother just passed away and they want to sell it but I don't know about a ret. community. Any suggestions?

Thats possible It's about an hour south-east of orlando and north of clearwater. We should meet up. I'll have my 2 year old with me but I can prob. get the girl i'm going with to watch him one evening or we could have dinner at some great steakhouse !!!! :00hour

Franky I'm 33 But I know the people who own this place and it looks really nice from the pics. But I'm going down for a week to look around. I'll get all the info tom. I do know that I will own the land ( which isnt much ).
You'll never pick up chicks living in a double wide in a retirement community........unless you like older women...:142smilie
My folks and sister live down that way. Their houses have lost about 66% of their value over the past three years.
and property taxes and HOA fees. i hear it's terrible down there. FL off my list of places to live.
