If you have his physical address--go buy copy of golf digest at news stand--you will find section in back of it that has full page of various items you can request info on--check every box and send in with guys name and address. after about a month he will need at least 3 mail boxes to hold all the junk mail he'll be receiving.

P.S. Don't use a golf digest that is mailed to your address--as they use to have code on mail form I'm speaking of.
