Good stuff, Dad used to boil it with cloves, sage, bay leafs and peppercorns if I remember right. Then you gotta peel the outer skin off, as recall, leaving a very tasty meat for cross slicing and eat straight with some carrots or peas, or slice it thinner and use it on sandwiches. Unique and enjoyable meet, I guess you sorta got to develope a taste for it.

Jack, sometimes you have to draw the line on when its beneficial to shop in the clearance bin of the meat department.
