You know what I mean, Jack. This whole shitstorm is going down here, and apparently at other sites, and where is the guy? He last posted here February 1st!
I get we all have things to do, but his business is getting harpooned, and he is not here to defend himself. To me, and obviously others.....it looks bad.
I get that you have to be in this guys corner, AND the corner of the players. It's a shitty spot to be in. BUT, at least you are still here acknowledging things. Where the hell is he?
It was me that suggested to him to not post on the forum. He leaves himself wide open to public mud slinging. If any of MY members have a problem with any sportsbook sponsoring madjacks, all they have to do is email me the particulars and I'll find out what's going on and help them if I can. I don't give one fuck what is said on other websites. Not one little fuck.

I feel your pain and then some. I won that contest for 5k and completed my 6x rollover. I requested a max payout of 3k on January 12th, only to have it canceled by Griff just before the Super Bowl. He said the payouts would resume after the SB when the RDG (aka America's Bookie) transition was complete. So I waited like everyone else and then I get an email last night from Griff stating that "your account is not being assumed". It sounds like flowery speech that 1-Vice, and new partner America's Bookie, won't be honoring my 12k balance. Hope I'm wrong, but this looks really, really bad.
since your prize was won here, I suppose Jack would come out of pocket if you were to get stiffed. Right?
You will be getting paid, Griffin told me so. Have you called him? If so, then he will call you back like he told you he would.

Im Only suggesting it, because it does appear very bad what's happening. Again it appeard.....I'm not saying it is.... And you are putting your neck out for him because that seems to be the caliber and quality person you are....you are loyal.....
I'm just saying, if there is even 5% chance you think it seems it may not be what you are being told, then that puts you in a tough spot...

I have been in regular email contact with Griff since requesting a payout 5 weeks ago. His last promise was to send me a payout schedule by Monday (yesterday). Instead I got this:

yes, there is something new here. All accounts that 1vice kept are now required to rollover 10 x their balance even if they had already completed rollover. Does that sound fair to you or do you not believe that to be the case?

I don't know why people can't call the guy rather than ask questions and speculate on the forums. Griffin is the only one that has the answers you are looking for.
No, that is not true about all of the accounts. Why are some accounts being treated differently? You have to ask Griffin.
If you want some more speculation, I suspect that your account(s) will be treated completely different than most. But that's just speculation on my part going by the dialog between you and Griffin that has been posted here and several other places. I don't have the answer.
So you don't mind speculating on me personally, but prefer not to speculate on anything else? You will not come out of this squeaky clean, Jack. Just some speculating on my part here.
I will give you some reasons:
1. Griffin is hot tempered and can be down right rude on the phone.
2. We have been lied to on the phone in the past
3. We would prefer to have something in writing
4. He isn't always available by phone
5. He won't be available until after 7:00 pm.

Jack isn't the enemy here....I 100% agree with you being concerned...and it does seem like a headache at this point
But jack has only tried to calm the storm and act as a mediator.....and to this point 1vice has been a great sponsor so of course jack will be a little biased with a partner company...doesn't mean he has jack shot to do with the place and/or their operations...so while I get why you want answers, hoping/asking jack to speculate on something that he is uninformed about would be reckless at best....you may as well ask hedgie to speculate or raymond....they are probably just as informed and have the same methods of contact as jack
My issue is you threatening that jack won't come away squeaky clean.....fuck man that takes some huge brass insinuating he either is involved or knows more then he says about the site and it's administration. ...
And on his site? You say he is somehow dirty in all this...cause if you ain't "squeaky clean" you are at least partially dirty...huge brass man and irresponsible if you ask me
Up to now I agreed with most of you griefs and still do, but don't try and attach Jacks name to the debacle that is now 1VICE.
