We know who wears the pants in your house! j/k

I'm pretty handy. I bought my house 5 years ago and so far I have..........

Dry-locked the basement, built some awesome storage shelves for my totes, torn out all the carpet, poly'd all the hardwood floors, stripped the wallpaper off the hallway and living room and repainted everything white, gutted the bathroom and then had someone else redo it for me, stripped the wall paper in the kitchen, repainted it, and installed a tile back splash, tore out all of the shrubbery and replanted everything, built three garden boxes, and put in a fishy pond...............I think that's it so far.

I paid someone to put a another shower in the basement for me, install a pellet stove, build a two tier retaining wall 3/4 of the way around the house for all the new flower beds and replace all the light switches and sockets. (I started doing the sockets on my own but it took too long and hell the guy did 20 some sockets and 18 light switches for 2 cases of beer and it only took him about 3 hours!)

My summer projects are all new interior doors, another small retaining wall around the side of the garage for a small flower bed, and all new basement windows.

In the future I plan on replacing all the other windows, reside the house, and replace the countertops. I would also like to tear off the deck and put in a patio too and also put on a new garage door. :00hour
