Here is a chain restaurant I think I'll enjoy going to tonight...

Well, I like going here on the weekends, tonight I might come in Full Cowboys gear as the Redskins are playing!

I live in New Orleans, so would feel foolish wasting my time at chain restaurants. I do like Buff Wild Wings, but we do not have those here.

I also like chain steakhouses like Morton's and Ruth's Chris, although my preferred steak in New Orleans is at Emeril's Delmonico.

Unfortunately, I wind up at Chili's (heart healthy menu items only) and Outback when I am on the road because these are widely available in areas throughout semi-rural Louisiana that I frequent for business. Thanks goodness I no longer travel much in my current position.

Had a most memorable meal down your way when I was a youngster--was visiting my uncle who was in airforce. He took me out to the bayou (looked like FLA everglades) to friend of his cookout. Had big burlap bags filled with crawfish and other goodies that were cooked in black kettles--and emptied on top of picnic tables with newspaper for table cloths.
