Marrone's clause also allows him to walk away with his 2015 guaranteed base salary of $4 million without it counting as an offset against any future salary even if he should land another job, sources said. Marrone now is free to negotiate with any team seeking a head coach.

You think Dimitroff and Mr Blank would hire that hot bag of air who can't coach QBs? Geno Smith did pretty well twice vs Patriots and beat Miami @ Miami. It's more than the QB, IT"S FOKKEN REX RYAN! He's the worse coach in the NFL since Monte Kiffin!!

Best fit for the Falcons would be anyone who can light a fire under their shit defense and then they need to draft or trade or sign some OL for Matty Ryan and get another RB to go with Rodgers.

Falcons need an overhaul on Defense. Mike Shanahan would be a better fit for Falcons than Rex Ryan!!

Redskins need to fire Defensive coordinator Jim Haslett last week. He is clueless. I'm tired of watching such a terrible product. Before he got to D.C the redskins had pride in playing Defense. Since his arrival they no longer remember how to tackle, defend, intercept a ball , make a impactful play, etc.... They have been terrible...someone needs to be blamed and he needs to go.
