As I'm writing this it is 33 Degrees. Rain and sleets is coming and temps will drop to the high 20's over the next week.

I'm off work tomorrow but feel 80% of DFW will be taking Friday off as well. I have a disc golf tournament Saturday and it will not be canceled. It is a memorial tournament, to much in motion. People coming from Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and across Texas. 30 straight holes should be a blast, an artic blast.

Stay warm my fellow Texans.

PS I lived 7 years in Minot, North Dakota. I know what cold is and it is cold here my friends.

Uh... All after-school activities were canceled in Arlington today. Weak! I understand outdoor activities should be canceled, but tutoring, choir practice, and such shouldn't have been canceled from a mere 34 degree temperature outside. I drove home at 4:30 with absolutely no issue.

I wore shorts all week and AC is currently running. I hear temps will drop tomorrow, though. It was in the upper 30s here last week, but nothing closed. Not saying Texans are soft, but sure seems that way;)

1.5 to 2 inches of ice here--worst ive seen in the combined 12 yrs Ive lived here...white Christmas last yr and now crazy ice, was 80 on wed--low 18 tonight--infknsane

When I dropped my 5 year old off for school today the Truck read -14 and with wind chill felt like -34.

Thats fucking cold.

I can't believe there is snow on the ground when it was 80 two days ago.

Fuck this place.

How the he'll am i supposed to clean the pool when I have elephant seals fighting over the deck chairs.
