Two small ones for today:

S. Carolina +1 -134 (vs. Zona) for 1/2 unit - with Roth going, even on 3 days rest, it should be a close game.

USC/Zona Under 9.5 -130 for 1/2 unit - wind should be blowing in again and I expect another tight game.

Do you have any stats for the Arizona pitcher going today? Not even sure who it might be.

Thanks!

It is going to be James Farris who has been Zona's #3 starter this year. His season stats are a 4.18 ERA; 1.25 WHIP; .274 OBA and 69 K's in 99 IP. He has pitched once in the post season, a complete game win against Ville in the Regionals. He was far from brilliant in that game giving up 12 hits and adding 1 BB, but Zona's pen isn't deep so their coach Andy Lopez lets his starters go as long as possible, especially if they have a lead.

Farris is very similar to Wade. Another sophomore who's been sporadic this year, some really good outings with almost as many questionable outings. Another guy who isn't a power pitcher (as you can tell by the strikeout #'s) but throws strikes, only 18 BB's on the season.

1-1 last night getting the Under (should have just played that large for every CWS game) but missing on the side.

Overall an entertaining CWS with several close games and a non-national seed winning it all.

CWS Record: 16-14 for +4.21 units
Final Season Record: 97-89 for +7.51 units
