No one on the road in the chase 2 or 3 cops ONLY. Didnt setup those tire ripping strips no barricade just shooting to kill. Cops are power hungry losers who are corrupt as hell. F*CK THE POLICE.

If a cop gets in a situation on the street where they can resolve it by arresting you , or they are justified in shooting.
70% are going to shoot you in the head.

Cops are nothing but small cocked assholes who are on an major power trip....now I wont ALL cops, but you get a big majority of the same types that find their way behind a badge & a gun.

the only thing cop can say was that his life was at risk ( he was on top of car while car was moving around, if he hadn't taken any action... well you can come up with all sorts of scenarios...)

Its not like the driver put him up there....he jumped on that hood w/ the intention to shoot.
This easily could have been ended w/ no lethal force.
I wonder if the driver had a criminal record or if he was just some young guy that was clean but drunk or smoking some weed....

That is part of the police officers job to make that determination.
There was no one on the road, the guy wasnt a murderer or rapist, I'd rather them back off the chase let the dude steal the car then just point blank kill him.
Why not use the tire popping strips or try other non-lethal methods instead of firing about 5 shots into his head/chest area.
