He's scared of the vaccine so he won't get it but complains about people that are taking precautions against getting sick with COVID by wearing a mask. What he's afraid of justifies his action, but what others are afraid of doesn't justify their action.....that's the hypocrisy.

He said "No issue with people who wear masks". His issue is he he objects to wearing one. Whether it' his right or he's just selfish wasn't my point. My point was he chooses not to wear a mask and he's afraid of what's in a covid vaccine. Nothing more. I don't find that hypocritical, but you do and that's OK. Free thinking and expressing one's personal opinions are always good.

It has nothing to do with being "scared" of the vaccine. I simply don't feel it is necessary for me. There is slightly above 0% chance that it would cause a serious medical condition or death. You can say that about most things. If I got Covid, which I'm pretty sure I already did, it isn't going to be anything but a minor inconvenience if that.

If I was in a high risk category I would have a different opinion. But you can also say that about most things.
