MOST BUSHELS WERE GOING TO BALTIMORE RESTURANTS..

THEY PAY BIG TIME TO THE CRABBERS..

GOT ONE OF THEM TO SELL US 1/2 BUSHEL OF JUMBOS

AND 3/4 BUSHEL OF #1'S

$135.00...FOR ALL..GREAT GUY WE WILL BUY FROM HIM AGAIN ..

SO HEAVY THE WERE CRAZY FILLED WITH MEAT..

They were so good I ate till I damn near fell asleep in the chair..

over the last ten years we have destroyed at least 60 bushels and probably closer to 70..

these were far away the biggest and heaviest we have ever gotten ..

the fellas in Pungo treat us right..

get this...Mike the fisherman we got these from had his Black Lab w/him..

153 pound Black Lab....his head was huge..his torso like a rock..

Great stuff, OS!! I love crabs, especially blue crabs and alaska king crab legs, some of the claws you may have to use a hammer or nutcracker. The meat is sweet and very good, the killer is dipping in budd-ah.. LOL

First time I ever went salt water fishing off the chesapeake, I didn't know I was crabbing as I would put my spot, croacker, flounder, rock bass I caught in a net and the crabs would go for the nets on the outside of the net and we'd pull up 6-8 blue crabs at a time and we would put 'em in a bucket and take home, made for a nice lil fishing/crabbing impromptu day!

lived in this shit town my entire life(b`more...sans 5 years in the shit town of Camden nj) and I agree with scott...I`m not fightin` with those mofos.....I`ll eat a crabcake...but I`m not diggin` through those seabed shit suckers for a few tablespoons of meat......

Tho I grew up on West Coast, catching (by hand at low tide, mostly!) and eating the Dungeness Crab - meat very delicately tasty, not as sweet or deep as the Blue, but big chunks easier to pick out. I love it in a crab cocktail...
