Melt in your mouth, baby, melt in your mouth. The egg is an amazing grill. That temperature stayed right ON the whole time. Only opened the lid 2 times in the 5 hours or so.well....how did they turn out:shrug:
I did two of the world BBQ contests last year and was surprised to see some of the teams using the BGE
