I did two of the world BBQ contests last year and was surprised to see some of the teams using the BGE

Melt in your mouth, baby, melt in your mouth. The egg is an amazing grill. That temperature stayed right ON the whole time. Only opened the lid 2 times in the 5 hours or so.
