I was talking, well texting, with one of my installers about a customer we have that is being very difficult. I copied a text that the wife sent me and sent it to him. Then I said to him, "Fuck those people, they picked that floor, you hit it perfectly with the color and they are going to take it like it is. Fuck them!"

I made a mistake and sent it to the homeowner. :facepalm:

Maybe they'll put themselves in your shoes for a second and see how frustrated you are after seeing the text. That's probably the best thing that could happen, and they will be a bit easier and continue to work with you.

Worst case scenario, they fire you and you move on to the next. I guess you would have to chalk it up as a loss, time invested on the project, the flooring, money spent, etc.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, but I know it sucks. Just enjoy the weekend.
