Ohio State is number 2 right now. How the fuck do they drop 3 spots? They don't.....that's how.
Would Wisconsin have made it if they held on? Not a chance.
Christ, Michigan stomped the shit outta Penn State. They have a better chance of moving up, imo.
With the way Washington handled their business, the top 4 stays the top 4.

Ohio State lost to Penn State straight up, and Penn State won the conference title. Please explain your logic based on this fact alone.
What Michigan did to Penn State should have no baring. Yet alone something that happened damn near 3 months ago. I'm pretty sure if PSU/Michigan played again today, we likely have a very different outcome.
Isn't it the best 4 teams at that time? There is only 1 reason why OSU deserves to be in over Penn State.....MONEY, that's it.
Body of work!! Penn St got beat by Pitt, Pitt beat #2 Clemson and is now ranked. Ohio State lost to Penn St, Ohio St beat Michigan which was ranked high, but did they dominate the game vs Michigan?
This will be a long winded argument to fix the playoffs and it's all big business, but if you put Ohio State in ahead of the Conference Champions who won 9 straight games and beat a ranked Wisconsin team that Ohio State had to beat in OT @ Wisky and Wisky barely lost on the rd to Michigan, then the whole system, we all know it's fucked up, will be even more fucked up!!
The show later today will name the 4 teams in and it would not surprise me if Ohio St makes in it the final 4, but the team that deserves to be there is Penn St, along with Bama, Clem and U Dub!!

Let me be clear, I do think OSU will be in, but only because of $. I have a co-worker who is roommates with the VP of the Fiesta Bowl. I hear all the nonsense after his weekly calls with the CFP Committee. I will know 1 hour prior to the announcement on TV who the 4 in are.

It seems to me, the only chance Penn State has, is for Washington to be dropped. Washington kicked the shit out of a Top 10 team yesterday, while Penn State won by a TD.
AND, if money dictates who is in, Penn State NEVER stood a chance.
Also, you want to play the "Ohio State lost to Penn State straight up" card, yet you choose to discard the fact that they got piss pounded by Michigan, a team ranked higher.

I hate Ohio St
That said.......after bama there isn't a team with a better overall resume and 3 more impressive wins than Ohio St.
To leave them out would be a joke.
Win AT Oklahoma
Win AT Wisconsin
Win vs Michigan
Fluke Loss AT Penn State
If this were the ncaa basketball selection comm there wouldn't be any doubt they are in (and I personally don't think there's much chance they're left out)
Oh....and since this is a gambling site, pretty sure Ohio state is a cleare #2 in vegas power rankings.
To me it comes down to 1 loss wash with a pathetic non conf schedule vs a 2 loss Mich team (who probably has the better 12 game resume)
I think wash will get the slight edge as they had an impressive win vs a top 10 team while mich was idle

I think the fact that the Pac 12 was left out last year, will also play into the selection committee's decision. I don't think they leave them out 2 years in a row. Wash gets the 4th spot. Guaranteed....

The fact is this: When Wisconsin was up 28-7, the final four was easy. Alabama, Clemson, Ohio St, Washington.
Penn State claws back, and now they are in the mix? Why? They sure as shit weren't the talk of the town before kickoff.
I actually do hope Penn St makes it. I want to see what a barn burner that game is! LOL!
