These are all perfect DVD quality screeners that leaked on the net.

Download a bittorent application such as Vuze and click on these links once they are done downloading( an hour to few hours) watch and enjoy.

For those who wonder I saw the Nine, Sherlock Holmes, and Avatar in theater. So I still do support my movies. An Education and Hurt Locker were amazing. I have yet to watch Precious

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
Sherlock Holmes
The Fourth Kind
Fantastic Mr. Fox
The Road
It's Complicated
Up In The Air
Armored
The Lovely Bones
Brothers
An Education
Invictus
The Messenger
Where The Wild Things Are
The Blind Side
Precious
The Hurt Locker

Frank, I downloaded your link provided for Invictus and it will not play on media player. Any idea why? Says something about codex not provided? Wouldn't play on vlc player either.
Thanks

shamrock,

Download Divx media player, load it and it will probably ask to restart. After that it will work on either the Divx player or the Windows media player. Should be good to go.

 Frank, just restart computer, no luck. If it's not to much trouble, could you try playing that link. Sorry for being pain in the ass, but my Internet speed isn't the fastest, invested 1/2 a day downloading this movie and can't get to play. really appreciate your help

Since I started with this torrent shit last week, I've downloaded and watched at least 12 movies :scared

There were only 2 that wouldn't play on Windows Media Player so I used DivX and they played fine.

Here is the link for the free download:
http://www.divx.com/en/win

Ok I can tell you the exact reason why you can't view it. I'll try to get as least technical as I can but when they put these movies on the net, they need to compress them into smaller files so they divide them up into what is called Rar files they look like r01, r02, r03, r04. Now not all downloads are like this but some are.

What you need is WinRar its a program that will put all of these files together and out will spit your movie. This process takes about 30 seconds once you have that program. It is free and I'm going to show you how to do it.

http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html?tag=mncol

Is the free shareware program.

Once put on your computer you need to go into your files and the one you want to uncompress is...

CD1/foxnews-invictus-a.rar - 14648 KB

for CD 1 and

CD1/foxnews-invictus-a.rar - 14648 KB

for CD 2

When all is said and done you will have one video file in the CD1 folder and one in the CD2 folder.

It seems a bit complicated but if you download torrents in the future you might come across this so its good to know. If you have questions I'm here and will answer them for you or anyone else. Sorry for the delay

Sure not a problem. Its worth it cause after this if you come across it you will know what to do. You need to open winrar then open file and the search for wherever the file is downloaded too. That file in the last post is the only file you will uncompress it will do the rest for you and save the video file in that folder. If you have a messenger I can walk you through it in real time. My aim is safrank99

I have posted this more times than Kickserv complains about it being posted but will do it again since it is just a C/P from another thread:
How to Do Torrents:

OK here we go. This is VERY SIMPLE TO LEARN ON YOUR OWN ONCE IT IS EXPLAINED:

1. You need to download a software program in order to get the files. They are free and the one I use is BitTorrent.
http://www.bittorrent.com/
Just click free download and install the small safe exe file.

You are now ready to download movies, shows, ufc events, and even software programs.

2. Goto one of the above sites and find your desired showing. Over to the side of them you will see an "S" and an "L" . The "S" is for Seeders which is how many people have the full file. The "L" is for Leechers which is how many people have a partial of the file. You will be downloading from either but really want to focus on the "S" part of it when searching for a file.
Click on the name of the file/show and then it will take you to the page with info on it.
Click on where it says "DOWNLOAD TORRENT" This will take about 5 seconds to get.
YOU MUST THEN OPEN THAT FILE USING THE BIT TORRENT PROGRAM THAT YOU INSTALLED IN STEP ONE.

Down in your task bar you will see the bit torrent logo and you can click on it to see the progress of your download and how long is left.
You can go into the OPTION>PREFERENCES and redirect the files and turn on/off any notifications you want.

That is it. Wait for them to finish and watch on computer or burn to dvd.
Most require a DIVX format to view which almost all dvd players have installed these days.
I will post a link in a minute for the divx download to install on computer if you want to watch on computer.

ENJOY. It really is easy.

No but it is the best medicine for it and wouldn't the middle east be a little more peaceful with some "24" and "Fringe" to download.

I don't see any labels under wrar that say uncompress?
Can you clarify?
Thanks again.
I don't have aim, but do have msn messenger if that helps. Thanks again

All this works fine and dandy for playing back on the computer but I can't figure out how to burn these files to disc

How is this task performed?

TIA

Once you extract the file then you should have .avi file for cd1 and 1 .avi file for cd2.

I use Nero to burn them to disc. Just burn as a dvd iso file. Put the two .avi files on the disc and burn and watch.
DVD player must be capable of playing divx.
You will know when you put it in if it works right away.

Ah, that's the problem. My DVD player must not play divx and that's why it plays on my computer. Any way around this?
