To put things in perspective - Bernie Madoff defrauded over 2000 investors and received 150 years on 11 counts of federal farud.
Howard defrauded millions and could be indicted on over 40 counts.

That's exactly what they're trying to do. Look at Appendix C to the amended complaint. It lists all their personal accounts, right down to the bank.

also to clarify on april 16th i had 0 idea that they didn't have all the player funds. i would've happily laid 100-1 that they did have all the player funds (which i effectively did), because they had a super profitable business- and the only way to screw it up would've been doing something completely retarded. when i found out i was a mess for weeks, as not only had i given wrong advice to a buncha people, also there were people who i had thought highly of, that i now all the sudden started to think were somewhere between scumbags and criminals.

Holy shit, where is this guys legal team and publicist. Shut it off man. It's not helping. I actually feel bad for this kid. Who wouldnt have wanted to be a Full Tilt member and he did it the hard way earnign his way up through internet poker and than live poker, but he needs to stop talking about this. It is not helping his cause, unless he already turned States and has an agreement with the DOJ.

Plain and Simple, Full Tilt had a balance of close to $500 million in ACTIVE balances in their players accounts and only had $60 million in the bank to cover it if players wanted withdrawals. Leaving them a TAD short or $440 million in the RED.
I have read that Jesus Ferguson was the brains behind this rational basing it on previous numbers of percentage cashed out on a monthly basis, but needless to say they were taking money out of the business that was not EARNED, just like Bernie Madoff, they were using new money to fund pay out requests
