Full Tilt

Full Tilt

Played in the world series again this year, but it was totally different without ivy and many of the full tilt boys who many said took the money and ran. Players were saying Ivy's lawsuit was just a cover and he did it to just stall the payback process. I know one player from our big game here that i play with that is owed over 104,000. He just moved to Canada to get another address besides the US, which he believes will speed the process up for him to get paid. I remember some guy was spitting and swearing at jawanda when he was on the stage to recieve his braclet for winning one of the first tournaments there this year. Litterally spit on him and was screaming "fucking crooks" when he got on stage. If some of you were there you may have seen it too.

T.J. Cloutier weighs in on FTP scandal

http://www.covers.com/articles/articles.aspx?theArt=247495

"Phil Ivey in no way had the power that Howard did. Of the poker players, Howard was by far the biggest. They all bought 1 percent pieces of it. Howard had a bigger slice, Phil had a slice, Ferguson had a slice and the rest were 1-percenters. That was just a business deal for them, an investment. The only one who played at the WSOP this year was Erick Lindgren. The rest stayed completely away from it. They didn?t want to have to answer all these questions and face the heat. "

Q: We understand you have other gambling interests. Do you still like to hit the craps table or bet a game from time to time?

A: It?s well known that I like to play craps. I still like to play once in a while, but not as big as I used to. I never did play as big as people think I did, and I bet sports once in a while. I don?t go crazy; I?m a $300 to $1,000 bettor on sports, not like Doyle Brunson and those guys who bet $50,000 a game.
