Thanks bud, that gives me 3 sanctioned and 1 un-sanctioned.
Whats funny it is my first since 3/20/03. And to make it even funnier, I wear a slide sock on my shoe. Well, mine is brand new and I was sliding all over the place the first 2 games (204-213), and one of my teammates says to me lets switch slide socks. I said ok for the 3rd game, and look out from there, easiest 300 I have ever had. In between, I have had 4 299's over the years.
What a rush, as my dad was the first one to greet me. Nothing better on this planet than to have my dad witness it. I have had a full scholarship to college for hoops, and he has seen many good games through the years, but it was my honor to be on the same team as him and him to see it live. Such a rush for those that don't know.

I've had around 13 I think. Many in tournaments, some in league, some in pot games. It's a thrill, no doubt!
I couldn't even fathom it. If I get a turkey in three games, its a good night.

Such a rush, the only thing better was watching my brother get his 300 a few years ago.
It is an accomplishment, so much so that I went to bar afterwards with a few guys to celebrate and I was asked the proverbial question, what do you think is harder a 300 in bowling or a hole in one....
Mind you, I have been golfing for 27 years, single digit handicap coming out of college, and finished last year at an 11 handicap as I dont play as much anymore, no comparison. I ask the person, when do you ever stand over a par 3 nervous, that is unless you are playing for serious $, it takes 12 perfect shots and maybe some luck to carry.
Whats funny, being a point guard in hoops, I have been at the foul line many of times to win a game, many fans screaming or waving shit, and when everyone is behind you or steping off the alleys for you it is surreal. Tonight was 10 in the pit, no questions asked, each ball was on radar and blew the pins away, I guess once you get one it is easier I would say.
