No such thing.....
ask Joker.
just so I understand correctly..
You can carry a holstered weapon but ya don't have to retain a permit on your person to do..
really..
I know plenty of GREAT COPS..
including my neighbor.
always checking ..always has our best interest at heart..
squad cars in are neighborhood have super dudes patroling..
two radar traps on our main streets and the good guys bust their speeding asses to the concrete daily..:00hour

let me get this straight...you can carry a gun...don`t need a permit...and don`t even have to identify yourself to a police officer?...
wtf state was that?.......that`s pretty close to anarchy.......
that`s f-cked up,imo...
it at least means that there was probably a background check and that it was decided that this guy was stable enough to carry a weapon...
it rules out that this guy didn`t just burglarize a home and steal the gun....
the i.d. thing is the part that bothers me....what if there was a warrant out on the guy...maybe the wife had a restraining order against him for abuse....
i think this civil libertarian crap has gone too far...imo,if a police officer asks you to identify yourself, you should HAVE TO identify yourself or be forced to take a trip to the station.....
in a civilized society,having i.d. on you isn`t a burden unless you`re a criminal or an asshole....
it`s important for everyone`s safety...our wives, kids, mothers and fathers are out on the streets doing the right thing going about their business.... i want the cops to be able to remove or at least check idiots like the guy in the above video...
I mean, what does carrying papers really prevent? I see what you guys are saying, but you guys act like someone carrying a gun around with cruel intentions is gonna act differently whether he has his papers on him or not.
Personally, if they don't have their papers on them, get their plates and tell them they have a certain amount of time to report to the station to show their proof. If they don't show proof within that time, issue them a citation.
