Exactly. However, you have to use cooking spray and then immediately put the food on the grill. You will also need to spray a second time if and when you flip.

JUST go buy that new non stick teflon cover for grilles seen it used fucking awsome cook anything on your grille perfectly and just toos the thing in dishwasher when done


think it cost like $20

cooking sprays burn off plus they add flavor to what your cooking any oil used over open flame grilles also burns off
