would like to know what three counts they didnt give him ?

one of them related to the incident that the McQuery kid testified about. They interviewed a juror and they said he was the only prosecution witness that wasn't completely believable.

Sandusky will die in prison. Unfortunately, it is important to note that the upcoming trials against PSU administrators are surrounded around that incident. The fact that the count in Sandusky's case was acquitted isn't admissable in the cases against the PSU AD and VP, but if one jury didn't believe McQuery, is the next one going to?

As a follow up, a different juror said McQueary's testimony was eye-opening and the case against the PSU administrators appears as strong as ever as there were 4 other counts related to the incident McQueary witnessed, and Sandusky was guilty on all of those 4.

An inmate who identified himself only as "Josh" told The Daily that the last time Sandusky was in jail, he and other prisoners serenaded the former assistant coach with a famous like from Pink Floyd's "The Wall."

"At night, we were singing 'Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone,' " Josh said.
