That stupid dog owner got his dog killed, I hope he's satisfied with his IDIOTIC behavior.

For once we agree, can't fault the officer there. Stupid mother fucker
Sent you a trade request.
The Dog was just being Loyal, it's a shame what happened to it.
I already sent you a response on FB!![]()

I don't get why the cops even walked up to him? He was holding his camera in an annoying way?
Is that illegal?
If it was such a sensitive operation they should have secured a perimeter.
I am sure the dog owner is an idiot, but that is NOT a crime. Furthermore there had to be yet more options than shoot the dog. Cops needn't always default to the most antagonistic response in their toolkit just because it is technical allowed by police regulations.
Why on Earth did they walk up to the man? He was committing no crime, why did they handcuff him?
I just don't get this.
Sad sad. The takeaway of everyone in that community, right or wrong, who witnessed that, especially young people, is that cops are violent, cops are racist etc. It's just terrible police strategy long term.
You are usually one of the few voices of reason around here, but I have to disagree here. There is an obvious standoff situation with what looks like people crouching behind cars, and then you have this idiot walking right up behind the cop cars with his camera and dog. He exchanges words with the officers and is obviously being distraction when the cops absolutely do not need another. Being an idiot may not be a crime, but it can obviously get your dog shot. Guess I just don't understand why a lot of people(not necessarily you fek) choose to focus on step 4 or 5 of an incident and excuse steps 1-3.
I'm not going to lie, law enforcement policy is one of the few issues I swing wildly back and forth on. I can't get my head around what the best way of doing things is. I've definitely sided on the "cops are assholes" side of things more recently, despite having had no negative interactions with them in my life. But I've been on the other side too.
I hope my exasperation that the event occurred at all was what came across in my comment, more so than me siding with that particular guy's behavior.
And I'm not even a dog person.
