mine goes up to $1250 per MONTH starting July 1st. WTFFFFFF!

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Access Option 23 with R X Option H, $500/$1500 deductible.

am i getting screwed or what?

anybody have any suggestions because this is ridiculous?

I have Anthem also.

They just raised my monthly about 25%.

I'm a bit younger than you and my kids are only 12and 14.

I have a very high dedictible and that has worked out pretty well in the past.

I would also be interested in any alternatives.

Agree with you...it sucks.

colonoscopy cost me over 2 g's the whole industry is a rip-off :shrug:
so i guess you pay out of pocket? i better schedule mine before july 1st because i'm going to look into catastrophic plans. i never have anything that would have cost me 15K out of pocket for the year. christ! I'M PISSED!

definitely going to have full blood work, full physical and colonoscopy all done before this plan i have now expires.

she told me she has "good news" my plan ONLY went up 15% :mj07:

just for me and the wife. i'm 53 and she's 48. :mj07:

nope have insurance that was with yearly deductibles & 20% of hospital & doctor fees

had a bunch of blood work too

and you still had to pay $2000 :shrug:

my deductible is $500 and 20% so i guess i'll find out soon. my max out of pocket is $2500 per year.

you know? jesus christ! can't they just go back in my medical history and see that i've had NOTHING done at all except 1 or 2 checkups every year, forever? i wish i had the last 15 years back because i would have saved the money and paid out of pocket. ripoff bastids!

man, i'm STEAMING. you have to draw the line somewhere and $15K per year is my line. totally ridiculous!

here's what I had done Colonoscopy,Esopho-gastro duodenoscopy,Endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography ERCP & blood work cost a little of 2k out of pocket

then you pay ALLLLLLLL this money and they reject every claim you send in until you fight for it. WTF? my wife had a few things done the past year and every single claim was rejected until we jumped thru many hoops to get it paid.
