Well I guess by reading this thread I'm Joe Public the second and I love the taste of Chalk (LOL) But seriously how can you not like these numbers?? I will be playing a 3 team parlay on these picks for a few hundred.

Bengals x 2 (-6) This will be a blow out by half time
(with mr Hall of fame with 3 tds)

Da Bears.( - 12 ) We all know Rex will not get any TDS. but the bears defense will score 3 and thats more then enough to beat the zero dimensional Chiefs

Denver (-10) Only manged 15 points on buffalo but gain 470 yard . I also think this wil be covered before the half time whistle.

Actually smurphy, we have a few consensus picks this week so far...by my count:

4 "folks" are on the Bears, Cincy, and the Cowgirls.

However, when taking into account double plays the Bears are the true fade of the week, since 6 contest units have been placed in their trust.

Of course, dunclock and ImFeklhr still haven't entered their picks for the week, but who knows, they may have already given up from the shame. After all, they are only beating the dog in the contest...it is probably quite embarassing.

Oh, make no mistake - I'll probably fade the Cowboys too. .....Won't fade the Bears though - they are actually a good team.

Really though, Bengals getting way too much credit for winning a pretty lucky game. I will enjoy seeing them struggle a bit against the lowly Browns.

As for the peaking thing, I guess it depends on the situation. Sometimes you just know, and sometimes visual proof may be required.
