Just plain water.

I happen to know exactly because I buy 2 liters every morning when I get my coffee.

The rest of the day I'll have 2 or 3 of these.

The only one I get anymore is the Pink Grapefruit.

Tried those, really didn't like them too much and I wanted too. Especially because I believe they are sugar free. The flavoring was a bit too artificial for me. The only three things I drink without alcohol anymore are water, ginger ale, or ice tea. I do have one and usually only one cup of coffee in the morning too.

Believe it or not....I probably drink less than 50 ounces a week. I worked every day this week and don't think I drank one drop of water other than while brushing my teeth...

I know I need to. I'm fairly healthy and in pretty good shape overall. Have had people tell me I look a lot younger than I am (39)...

I drink a ton of soda, almost no water. I do eat healthy for the most part. Really need to drink a lot more water and cut out sodas, get more sleep, and do more cardio. I lift but don't do a lot of cardio although my job is somewhat physical and a good amount of walking during the day.

But yeah, I drink almost zero water. Can't stand it and have tried everything to make myself drink it. Actually just bought some dasani drops tonight even though I know its the same as those Mio drops. Not bad....but not soda...lol

None really- I usually have a Large Sheetz hot chocolate in the a.m. and then maybe a gatorade/soda at lunch and sometimes a glass of milk/gatorade/wine in the evening and that's it. I know- shame on me. I can't really stand the taste of it and I don't like flavorings.

usually drink 7-10 16 oz glasses of water a day; more when its warm out. I do some sort of exercise 6 days a week; cardio days I drink more water than when I lift.
And that total is straight water. Drink 2-3 16 oz cups of decaf coffee every morning, too.
haven't drank a soda of any kind in years; occasionally I might have a cup of hot tea or a glass of iced tea in the summer.

3-16 oz bottles before my morning workout, 3-16 oz bottles before my mid day workout, and 3-16 oz bottles prior to my evening work out.

one thing that will happen in the coming years from not drinking water and staying hydrated is kidney stones.

Once you go thru a episode of a stone stuck in your canal and they have to go in and take it out , you will reconsider drinking water daily.

one of worst pains you can have and absolutely nothing you can do to make it stop.

Being an adult. Kidney stones are most common in adults age 40 and older, though kidney stones may occur at any age.

Being a man. Men are more likely to develop kidney stones, although an increasing number of women are developing kidney stones.

Dehydration. Not drinking enough water each day can increase your risk of kidney stones. People who live in warm climates and those who sweat a lot may be at higher risk than others:scared .

Certain diets. Eating a diet that's high in protein, sodium and sugar may increase your risk of some types of kidney stones. This is especially true with a high-sodium diet. Too much sodium in your diet increases the amount of calcium your kidneys must filter and significantly increases your risk of kidney stones.

Being obese. High body mass index (BMI), large waist size and weight gain have been linked to an increased risk of kidney stones

KOD, very much appreciated. I go through periods where I'll give up soda and drink water....just doesn't last. I've also done a few detoxes over the last few years....actually found it here, someone posted about the 21-day body detox. Man, that's rough but I've done it a few times.

I also drink juice, just not every day but I'm getting better. Got a nice juicer and I like to juice spinach/kale/apple/cucumber/carrot/celery.

Definitely need more moderation as I approach the big 4-0 and water/soda are high on my list.

Thanks again for the post!
