Not enough, but I'm guessing about 25 oz a day :sadwave: I routinely work 12+ hour shifts without going to the bathroom. Even when I try to drink a lot, I can't seem to get enough.

KOD is correct; the most common cause of kidney stones is not excessive milk/calcium intake, but a consistent state of dehydration.

Joker, great point!! I see heavy people all the time carrying around these big ass half gallon jugs of water  It obviously doesn't help with weight loss.

About 80 oz. My Dr also explained to me it was important to drink small amounts throughout the day.....said it was no real benefit to chug a bunch at one time to meet your "quota" because your body can't absorb it that fast and you would just piss most of it away. I guess that may be common sense but I had never really considered it that way....

16-32 oz per day when I don't think about it.

I don't drink bottled water because I think it's crazy to have the much waste product.

At the office we have a Crystal subscription. It makes filtered water (if you're into that kind of thing) more convenient and less wasteful overall.

Believe it or not....I probably drink less than 50 ounces a week. I worked every day this week and don't think I drank one drop of water other than while brushing my teeth...

I know I need to. I'm fairly healthy and in pretty good shape overall. Have had people tell me I look a lot younger than I am (39)...

I drink a ton of soda, almost no water. I do eat healthy for the most part. Really need to drink a lot more water and cut out sodas, get more sleep, and do more cardio. I lift but don't do a lot of cardio although my job is somewhat physical and a good amount of walking during the day.

But yeah, I drink almost zero water. Can't stand it and have tried everything to make myself drink it. Actually just bought some dasani drops tonight even though I know its the same as those Mio drops. Not bad....but not soda...lol

This is me except I drink Gatorade instead of "pop." I'm 39 but most think I'm about 30!! I do like sobe water but the shit is expensive

Yeah, overall I take pretty good care of myself but I do love mountain dew and other sodas too and just can't find anything that comes close. I'm trying to do more moderation and just drink more water and less soda. Every time I try to just give it up, I do ok at first and then binge...

So lately I've been drinking some water, less dew, sleeping a little more and starting tomorrow gonna start riding my ex bike again. :)
