So my son, who is 14, is on his Facebook page and apparently an ad comes up there on the right to download a movie he wanted......FOR FREE!!!!!!

Seriously? FREE!!!!!! Jesus, I've told him a thousand times, nothing is free!!!!!!

He clicks it and.....VIRUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shut down the whole damn thing. I'm so pissed with him!

Already have gone to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They want $200.00 to get rid of the virus but won't back up anything so we drop $90 for some damn back-up thing and then they advised us to go to Google to download directions to restore....whatever the phuck that is.

run that with the newest version of spybot seach and destroy, and that will get rid of most of ur viruses.

Before you do anything Windows has a setting for RESTORE TO LAST KNOWN CONFIGURATION!

It's worth a shot.

Captain Kelly had the same issue two weeks ago in Knoxville, went to Geek squad and we found the answer online before he took it in for $200...

Here's my procedure.....

Turn on computer.....click "Launch Internet Explorer" and go to Madjack's. What so hard about that?
