do most of the major books even send checks anymore?...the only withdrawal I`ve used in years is w.u....no way am I giving some offshore my checking acct number or credit card....

Let's be honest here. The writing is on the wall for online overseas sportsbooks now anyway.
Once New Jersey gets cleared, soon other states will follow. Before you know it, nearly every state will have legalized sports wagering.
It's only a matter of time. Then, we'll all be on here talking about our experiences in the casino from the night before. Shit like..."Banged a 5 team parlay then went to this really excellent steakhouse after. They also have this really good scotch and, oh yeah, take the Eagles and over on Sunday."

I received checks from both 5dimes and youwager in the past couple of months. Never have any problems with them.
Nope, never had a problem. FedEx'd checks is my preferred method of receiving my money. There's usually a fee but big deal, I get my money fast with no problems.

no doubt...we`ve had our moments and don`t agree on much politically...but we also had some fun in here back in the day.....he`s in my "smurph/imfeklr" category(a good grouping as opposed to those that are about as lighthearted and fun to hang out with as travis bickle)....:toast:

Only beef with 5dimes is the banks are usually Canadian, and the tellers give me a weird look- they usually put a hold on it for a week to make sure it clears.
Come on, that can't be the only time during the day that you get a weird look from others.
And is a hold on the check for a few days really that big of a deal?
