jeez...reading this stuff is making me hungry. Might hit Quizno's tomorrow, speaking of great sandwiches. You guys have those down south? Great toasted subs. I think they are the reason that all the other sub places are starting to offer toasted subs.
I love burgers, too, but MacD's is the only place around me, really. That doesn't really count, of course.

There is a restaurant in Clearfield, PA called Denny's Beer Barrel Pub, and I saw on TV that they have the "world's largest hamburger."

I made a special trip to Five Guys the other day for lunch.
I got the double cheeseburger with alot of the extras.
a kosher dog.
and the cajun frys. Total about 12 bucks
The burger was not the best I have ever had, was kinda dry. I would no way compare it to Fuddruckers.
The Kosher dog was ok . They split it down the middle which I thought was kinda weird.
The frys were good and they give you a ton of them. Very spicy tasting . I ate alot of the frys.
I didnt finish the burger and ate the hot dog.
Its not on my list for traveling long distances.
but you guys did get me there.
PS - the bucket of peanuts just didnt make any sense to me. I ate a few because it was sitting there. Not sure I get how peanuts tie in.

I had the exact same burger experience you did at 5 guys.
I must have been to a bad Fuddruckers, because it had to be one of the driest burgers I EVER ate in my llife.
Any of you guys ever had Checkers/Rally's? Not bad, and cheap as well. Like their batter dipped fries. (Another big reason I have man-tits)
