The only bad thing I still have to deal with is they fried my saliva glands. It was close to the cancer. i'll never get them back.I have to carry a bottle of water with me all the time. My taste buds might come back in about 6 months. Everything tastes like cardboard. Prime Rib and hot dogs peanut butter and jelly all taste the same.

sounds like a good time to eat all those vegetables they tell us we're supposed to eat.

Smitty, I have to laugh because for 2 and half months I was fed by a feeding tube. (They were drilling me with radiation in 2 parts of my throat. Hard to swallow.) There is nothing like drilling a hole in your stomach and pouring things into it to keep weight up. What a pain in the ass that was. To take a shower I would tape it around my neck. I'll put up with eating like this and just hope and pray the taste buds come back. Thanks for the kind words Smitty and Ron

I sure hope so, BA. It?s been 30 years since the trophy has been in Cincinnati and while I don?t see the boys winning it all, a division title isn?t out of the question
