Hasish............:toast:
I got peyton in fantasy so hope the offense never slows
But I have to agree with others on the topic of cold weather. I don't think by any means is it a "silly" thing to say. I think its a proven thing. When the weather changes, and the tempature drops, so does peytons production. I actually agree that this offense could be the best of our era, IF they continue at this pace, or even anything close to it.....but remember, the 07' patriots and the greenbay packers of 2010 both had offenses that could rival any before them, and they both ran into hot giants teams...all about how you play late in the season.
I hope you are correct and peyton won't be bothered in playoffs. (Unless he is playing miami). I have saints/denver as my superbowl and I could actually say I was partially correct for once.....I agree that denver is unreal.....but I also believe if you weren't a broncos fan, or if peyton was on any other team, that you would be the first to point out his inconsistencies come winter and cold outdoor games....
The difference with this team compared to peyton and the colts teams in the past: DEFENSE. Even if peyton struggles, and somehow only scores 17-27 in a playoff game, this defense is good enough to keep them in games.....and that is without possibly their two best defenders in von miller and champ bailey....although as I say that, I highly doubt we are never gonna see another rex grossman or trent dilfer in the SB IMO. To many teams can score way to much. While defense can keep peyton in maybe 1 game if he struggles due to cold, he better rebound the next week because eventually you will have to score 30 in the playoffs to advance.
I am sorry if this doesn't make sense, and I already know it is random at times. I am at work and trying to squeese this in quickly on my phone.
While I am thinking of it, and past colt teams, what ever came of bob sanders? Is he still in sandiego? Remember how good he was when healthy for the colts

....wowsas.
